In the Shun Classic White series, the popular Damascus knives that have proven themselves in everyday kitchen use are combined with elegant, light-colored handles. The blades of the six knife types available, as known from the Shun Classic series, are forged from a VG MAX steel core with a hardness of 61 HRC and coated with 32-layer Damascus steel – this valued combination ensures robustness and long-lasting sharpness of the blades. The classically shaped handles of the Classic White series are made of ash-colored pakkawood, which is made particularly moisture-resistant by treatment with high-quality resins. The knives are a symbiosis of quality, function and elegance.
