This coarsely processed smoked salt is a Danish artisan product that is flavored over a long period of time in beech wood. The popular natural wood gives it its typical red-brown color and mild smoked aroma. Smoked salts of lower quality are enriched with ready-made flavoring and usually colored with caramel.

The spicy sea salt in combination with the savory-sweet smoky note results in a real “flavor bomb” that can be used in many ways.
