This book accompanies children through the (school) year and helps them to strengthen their self-esteem. It invites them to explore new things, get to know themselves better and develop their creativity and imagination. The children are also given tips and tricks on how they can better regulate their emotions and develop their strengths. The accompanying booklet for parents contains advice for everyday life and information on which studies the exercises, games and craft ideas in the diary relate to. The Feel Good Diary was created in collaboration with child and adolescent psychologist Ina Blanc.
