Mepra
Mepra stands for “Metallurgica Prandelli” and was founded in Italy in 1947. However, the history of the Prandelli family business began many years earlier. The founders built a new and modernized factory to produce aluminium and brass cutlery. Later, Mepra also began producing silver-plated cutlery and hollowware. For the new collections, stainless steel was combined with new materials such as plastic, glass, wood and porcelain. The sales results were so good that in 1992 Mepra decided to open a new factory dedicated exclusively to the production of plastic.
